Hi all...
Sometimes when I fire up the ol' Whirlwind the display stays blank...nothing comes up and I can't start a game. I then have to switch it off and then back on again to come to life.
Every so often I have to repeat this exercise more than once. Does anyone have an idea what this can be or where/what to look for?
Start with checking the power supply first.
"3m. When thing don't work: Score Display Problems
The simplest thing to check when the score displays do not work is the +100 and -100 volt DC power section of the power supply. If either of these voltages are bad, your displays will not work. And quite often, this power supply section does go bad."
