At my theatre they cancelled the 3D version and went to Imax 2D. I cancelled my ticket and went to a 3D theatre. Of course, there was a mix up and they got the 2D copy! Yes, they gave us free tickets for another show and I stayed for the 2D.
I thought the film was good, but not a Masterpiece. (as was the original) They could have cut at least 15 to 20 minutes out. The storyline was great and visually interesting. I would love to go see it again in 3D...but it's a bit too soon...may have to wait for Blu Ray 3D.
Love the Origami.......BULL!

Effects were great....BUT the script was pure torture! Theatre was actually laughing at all the dopey dialogue. That's what killed the film.

Chan movie was pretty darn good! Bigger budget than usual...
Will possibly go see Blade Runner again before it's gone...this time in 3D (as they screwed it up the first time!)

After the 2D debacle...I finally went to see the 3D version. MUCH better! If you can...opt for the 3D!

I tried to advance buy it, but can't find it anywhere in 3D.....
