I’m loving my new Blackwater 100 but cannot complete the lower right ramp - the left flipper just isn’t strong enough. I know people say Bally flippers are crap and you can upgrade them but I really don’t want to do that. I have replaced the coil and the switch stack and the coil sleeve. Is there anything else I can do to juice it up?
I make the left ramp super easily with the other flipper.

Well I replaced the whole flipper mech but still struggling to make the right ramp. Just wanted to check I have the right coil. It’s an A-24-570 (34-3600). This is what’s in the manual. Could someone please check what they have on their bottom left flipper?

Quoted from toddtuckey:

Adjust the end of stroke switch so it opens AT THE VERY VERY END of the stroke!

Thank you - your advice was spot on… such an easy fix which has made a massive difference.

I put in some stadium lights (home made) as the playfield is kind of dark and getting a big reflection from the back box didn’t help. It came out really nice. I’m considering some PDI glass as well to cut down on the reflection even more.
