I’m trying to figure out what coil I can use to replace the outhole kicker on my black sheep squadron when I look up what’s written on the coil it gets me no where.

Anyone have the parts catalogue? It might have more info.

The coil reference chart might help too: https://flippers.com/coil-resistance.html

That coil reference chart does not have one 26/1000 coil on it does it have to be the exact number of turns?

I’m new would this kind of coil work?

Fewer turns means more powerful so it should be close. I think within 10% would probably work.
The part that is challenging to match exactly is the fit and leg configuration. If the original is long and skinny and the replacement is short and fat it might not fit where it's designed to be mounted.

Another cross-reference chart here: https://www.pinballmedic.net/coilchart.html

Might be worth an email to the manufacturer, looks like they might still be around: https://www.qualitycoils.com/

Hi Killometer, did you try replacing your outhole kicker yet? I have the same machine (ASTRO Black Sheep Squadron) and was wondering if you could share what you tried so far. From the parts list there appearing to be several 26-1000 coils in this machine. Did you try contacting Quality Coils at the link provided by YeOldPinPlayer? I will be in the same situation eventually. Let me know if you find out anything and I will do the same. Thanks.
