No. Not related. Also J120 pin 1 is tied together on J121 pin 1, etc. So they are interchangeable.

I swapped the ribbon cable with a new, between cpu board and Power board. Nothing.
Can you press on the ASIC U9 square IC? You may hear some crunchy sounds as you press it down.
