Sorry, but we have a great delay. We are slowly catching up with all our projects.
Black Rose will still take some time, we have just finished the T2 playfields, are ready for printing
Getaway. After Getaway we will print Road Show and the next run on F-14. Then we will start the Black Rose
playfields. We dont have a releyable production date yet.

We have made great progress on the Blackrose playfields. The artfiles are done. We are busy doing the CNC milling program.
Still a bit of work, but we are getting close to finishing. Wood and Inserst are on stock. Hope we can start this project in Feb.

Short update on the Black Rose Playfield.
We checked the art files and have seen that we still need to spend some time on the artwork.
The artfiles look good sofar, but we want them to be perfect, we found serveral areas that need some atention.
As soon as we printed the Roadshow we will have time to get the files corrected.

Not yet, we have just finished Road Show and are now busy with F-14 and the next run of Alien.
We are trying to push it inbetween, but dont want to rush the important 2 steps, art and milling / testing parts position.

Hi to all

We are having some hard times with the daily situation and always being kicked by other companies not doing their job right.
Actualy we were going to get the playfields printed before end of this year. This time the paint shop screwed up badly, they tried a new system
and messed up 2 series of playfields. They had the presure adjusted wrong and the clear coat foamed up. Dont know why they didnt stop, they messed up
Road Show and a second project. We had to sand of the clear coat, because the clear coat was the first layer on the print we sanded into the paint on 80 percent of the playfields. Had to take all off and get them primered again. Road Show still needs 3 colors to print, we will get them done by end of the week.
Other projects like BOP and F-14 will be printed after. Then we will start Black Rose.
Sorry the delays, we are pushing to get all done.

Hi.
We are chaching up. We re-pronted the Road Show and finished printing the BOP. Next are the F-14 Boards. Inbetween we are adjusting the Artwork for Black Rose to fit perfectly to the Milling. As soon as we have a milling machine free we will start the black Rose Boards. We have some time presure on the Alien Playfields, need to get a big load on the way. As soon as we are heads up on the milling of the Alien Playfields, we will adjust 1 milling machin for Black Rose. Getting close now. We dont have a concrete date yet but we will let you know as soon as we start.

Hello to all

We are going through very crazy times. We could not start printing the F-14 for the paint supplier cant supply all colors. We are missing 3 colors
for F-14 and colors missing for Black Rose. The hardest to get will be the process blue, the blue pigments are out a long time allready.
In 14 days, hopefully, we will start milling the Black Rose boards to get them on their way. We will update as soon as we have the prototype milled.

Sorry, no update yet. We are still waiting for colors / paint. We were thinking of using a different sytem
but that requires many test again to see if they fit into our system.
Nothing realy we can do at the moment.

Hello to all.

We will update soon. Our new facility is nearly ready for production.
The mirror wrong insert for Black Rose, the lightning bolt big insert, is remade, we made a new tool for it and
had them produced. We still need to catch up on a lot of work, projects, the F-14 that was messed up from the paint shop and the T2.
Right after this we will run the Black Rose.

It wont be possible to get them done by May. We need to catch up alot of work.
But we will be pushing to start BR and another run of BOP, we will fit them in, in between some how.
Once the new facility is up running, playfield production will speed up.

Hello to all

We have milled a board and are busy fitting parts to see if the milling is correct. Once all fits we will put them into the next free slot.
We went through the inserts and have noticed that the colors are a bit different to the normal, we will take the board to the plastic company and get the colors matched up. Green and Blue are totally different to the normal Williams colors. That won’t take too long to get them made. We have made a new injection mold for the mirror wrong made big lightning bolt insert, we have them produced. So looks like we will get the Black Rose finalized in the next months.
We will not attend the Chicago Expo this year, we are still busy fine tuning our new facility, a lot of work. Beside production we have moved 50% of the pinball spare parts to the new facility, busy building up the shelves and will be sorting in the parts.

Hello to all.
Small update of Black Rose ind the text.

Here a small video of today’s action.
We are busy milling Bride of Pinbot playfields, They will be finished in a couple of days, then insert gluing.

We are busy looking through F-14, sanding them and getting them ready for clear coating.
If the coat works out well, we will be able to send them out in approx. 3 weeks due to curing time of the clear coat.

This week we will start to sand down the Terminator Playfields, hope we can save the primer work so that we can get them re-printed.
Cabinet decals are in work, will have them in stock by the time that the playfields are ready, actually sooner than that, in approx. 14 days.
It is not possible to send out the decals in the same box as the playfields.
If you need parts like Lane Guides, Star Post of the Bats, we have them on stock and can send them together with the decals.
Playfield Plastic Sets are on Stock.

We are busy doing the final checks on the artwork of Black Rose
and are getting the artwork fitted a bit better to the milling program, re-adjust some factory faults that don’t line up nicely,
It also means that the many layers must be re-adjusted. We don’t use a redraw program for that will just cause many artwork errors.
This and all the artwork is redrawn but hand, hour for hour, days for days.....

Hi to all
Sorry the delay, we received verios Black Film scans, some were negative and some positive printed, different versions. We unfortunitly choose the wrong,
one that was not the production version. We found out because we purchase a Black Rose to fit parts to the playfield and notice the art is slightly different.
We are using every spare minute to work on the files. We must keep production for PB upright and cant work full time on the BR files.
But we are pushing, we also want to get this project finished and out to the market.
