I joined the knighthood. Will be adding a shaker motor this weekend. What is everyone using for flipper rubbers and what is your flipper power set to?

I bought a bksor from a friend and noticed the super target is crooked. Checking under the playfield it looks like Stern screwed it in crooked, can anyone confirm?

I tried that even with a little force and it just sets back in crooked. Its the screwholes that are uneven.
