Are they replacing node boards directly with the customer now?

I went through my distro and got my board in 3 days, shipped from Stern. He did the warranty paperwork and confirmed it. This was for a brand new Aerosmith, so it's been a couple years.

I'm getting serious hang up issues with the ball coming thru the "R" lane in the WAR rollovers. Ball gets caught between the left and right rubber just below the switch. It is snug and there and will *not* work loose easily. I need to get a smaller rubber ring on the right or lower mini post on left.

I had the same problem but it’s not really the runners. The switch slot is cut too deep and the ball settles in the slot.

I adjusted the post to the right and the ball still got stuck. I had to put a couple layers of Mylar on to get the ball to flow through.

Playfield is set at 6.5 degrees pitch and leveled side to side.

The issue is the slot is cut too deep on that rollover. This has been mentioned on several machines.

Put some Mylar just below the switch to keep the ball rolling through. I used three layers and works great. You can also move the post on the right over a millimeter or two and that helps the ball keep momentum.

My leg levers are all the way up in case anyone is wondering.

I see this too. It is very difficult to shoot the ramp with the right flipper after I've been playing. The left will still make it, but it is definitely different after a long session.

My coils are getting noticeably warm too.

My EOS switches are opening properly, so not sure what to do. Is there a software setting for EOS?

Been paying the crap out of mine for a couple weeks now. The call outs are a pretty minor component of the game, even after the code update.

I know we are a picky bunch, but using this as a reason to not buy the game seems pretty extreme.

Yes, the stand up counts towards your mode shots, and you could complete the whole mode there.

I find it easier and faster to complete a mode on the lower playfield, so I don't intentionally go to the upper pf to play a mode. However, I sure take a few shots while I'm up there if I can get 'control' of the ball.

Well it's pretty self-explanatory - "shoot the blinky lights!" They are purple for BC.

BC is the only animation I don't flip through. I figured I earned it, and it gives me few seconds to relax. I haven't watched the spoiler video above, as I want to earn that too.

What auto ball save option are you referencing? The factory ball save setting is 9 seconds and you can adjust it as you want.

Hmm. I’ll have to look at that when I get home. I don’t ever remember seeing auto or understand how the machine would know when to activate that feature.

I do know that the pops stop timers for ball saves and sometimes hurry ups and mode shots. Could this be what you are seeing?
