Quoted from TREX:
QC issues at stern?
Missing flat head screw at the top ball drop scoop. I snooped around in playfield, looked under playfield in cabinet. Nada. Checked all magnets to see if they picked up any loose metal. Nada. Come on Rich! For 9k$ this machine should definitely not be missing a screw. Clearly a Robot did not put this machine together. Tried and true human error.
Fyi, this does cause the scoop to sag slightly which will in some instances catch the ball at the very end. It will hang before it slips through.
Stern pls. send me replacement screws? Hello from Texas![quoted image]
When I unboxed mine the head of the black knight was laying on the upper playfield. Luckily I found the proper screw in the bottom of the cabinet. Yeah for $9000 you would expect things like this not be be missed, and even better quality on these cheap ass plastics they are using.
Anyone else think the left side plastic looks weird ? Why is it 2 pieces? Should be be a solid piece, I am sure it was to fit more plastics per cut sheet or some thing like that.
