Does anyone have any experience with adjusting the flail?

My pro model doesn’t register when hit in the down position to open the ramp up. It looks like the flail will move back slightly but just stops and multiple hits after that does not register.

Once the game makes the flail spin it will reset in the correct position and might or might not work on the next hit

I finally got by my BK pro to test the flail as I mentioned I had issues with it before. It seems to test fine in test mode. Played one game and everything seemed to work and then it happened again on the second game. It’s like it moves a little and just doesn’t move at all and doesn’t do anything when it’s hit continuously in this state. It will reset eventually on next ball or when the game physically moves it by triggering things in gameplay that activates it.

Any help?

haha, no idea, had to reach out to distributor to order the part... looks odd because it has zip ties on either side

It’s the exact same post that right beside it, you can measure it and know what to order.

Try and unscrew it from the nut on the bottom. I had one shear off on Star Trek and I end up having to beat it out.
