Perhaps the start button which starts a new game is gapped too close. It only triggers when there is enough vibration from both flippers being hit at the same time. One won’t do it.

This is just a theory. I’m assuming the start button will reset the game if pressed mid game like other pins. I am not familiar with Black Knight to know for sure.

Is there some button that allows you to restart a game? Most pins have one, and it is the start button.

    Quoted from Tackleberry203:

Tried hitting the start button midplay and it talks like a new game started, but it doesnt stop the game, it keeps scoring, no reboot.

If you hit the start button immediately, it probably just adds another player. Try hitting the start button on your second ball. I bet it restarts the game. Check the gap of it.
