Did you check the fuses? Follow wires back from flippers and make sure nothing fell off. Inspect for acid? Mine needed a new battery holder. Caused odd problems.

Visual inspection of a fuse can lie. Use your meter. I had a fuse that just failed at the end (after moving a game) once and now I just use the meter. With lights out also, sounds like battery / connector issues.
