Whenever a ball is captured, either in the top or bottom field, the game hangs. I am not a tech or electrician. I am handy and mechanically inclined, but not savvy with all the jargon. Please help me but in layman's terms. Thank You.

The three switches in the lower trough (drain) and the three switches in the upper trough (multi ball lock) need to be in perfect working order. If they are not, the game cant see the locked/drained balls and thinks it is still in play.
Go into switch test and see what switches aren't working. Game on, open coin door, press the middle button so it is in the down position, press the advance button once, press the middle button so its in the up position, press the advance button 4 more times until a 3 is displayed in the credit window. Use the manual to find the switch numbers and figure out the problem switches.
