The WPD3211A currently powering my black knight has a 5 amp fuse that keeps blowing if you whang on the flippers. The original power supply has a 20 amp fuse, but I'm very wary of upsizing that fuse to 20 amps. And I'm a little tired of blowing 5 amp fuses. Does anyone know what the proper size fuse is, or if that isn't the problem, what could be the problem?

Have you re-pinned the connectors for the flippers power and ground connections at the respective boards? Ground connections are on the driver board 2J12, power connections are at power supply board 3J3. I'd probably re-pin both of those female connectors if you haven't already.
Turns out it needs a 15 amp fuse.
