I helped someone with this game. The right flipper was fried. I replaced the right flipper coil with a 11630 coil. I ensured all the wires were connected correctly from the flipper button switch to the interconnect board and from the interconnect board to the power board. The fuse was good.
I cleaned and ensured that the EOS switch was closed and providing connectivity in the resting position, and open and not touching when engaged. I also cleaned and ensured the flipper button switch was working properly and providing connectivity.
I shorted the middle lug of the coil and it worked.
I asked the person to buy a new interconnect board to see if something was bad on the board. We labelled all the connectors and properly reinstalled.
The right flipper worked about 3 times and just stopped working.
I have asked him to ensure that the EOS is getting connectivity and clean when in the resting position. I have also asked him to ensure the flipper button switch was working nicely.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Michael
