Trying to help a friend on his bk2000
Heres what I got
When I power the machine up I get this extremely loud hum and just gi lights at first then when i leave the machine on all the gi disappear
And flashers will get very bright and then blow the fuse. When i test 5 volts at power supply i get 2.5 volts and the 12 volts is fine.
I replaced the 5 volt cap and the filter cap on the power supply with no change. I also checked all the bridges and fuses and all check out fine with a multimeter
All of the grounds are where they are supposed to be. The main fuse doesnt blow
I have checked everything on the playfield to make sure nothing was grounding out
Also cpu is extremely clean no acid whatsoever
He said the machine was working fine before his big move. Any help would be great.
