Wild guess but maybe it's telling you the 2332 ROM at U2 is bad?? Just like the "7641 x" game ROM error.

Maybe later/tomorrow I'll try it in emulation by corrupting U2 ROM data and see if I get that message at test #20.

I don't see anything in @frenchmarky's post with that specific part number which is why I asked but I see the original chips are stamped with it.
If you can't source an original you'll probably have to get an EPROM adapter.
