What coil did you end up using for the lower playfield upkicker? I seen that Todd Tuckey used an A-4843 but it was also jumping the gate and pinwiki suggests an A-20095.

Pinwiki wrote an improvement article on the BH, the upkicker mod is part of it... If you go that way don't forgot the EOS for the coil taht will allow you to adjust the power to return the ball to the main PF.

I also got a BH at home, partially functional with some restoration to do (various PF wears, cabinet scratched, etc). It is an export version (as I'm based in EU/France). I'm searching info to convert the backbox from export to US version, so if you wish to help me, it will be a pleasure

Is your main board set with BH US criterion? You have to remember Pascal is a french guy and in france there was no US version imported in the eighties, only export version with no speech. If there is only one game selection for BH on your main board, you will have to contact Pascal to ask him... I think this is a configuration pb... Not a material one.
