Delt call me if you want but it's more involved then most.
Open the backbox door
on the right side remove the black plastic strip (should be a few screws in it)
Slide the inner backglass out
now you have access to the outer backglass
At the bottom of the frame there aare two holes, remove those screws and take the piece of wood out.
You, if I recall correctly, will also have to remove 2 metal brackets on the left or right side (right side is easier)
You should now be able to remove the glass!

I am doing this from memory as my BH is in Pittsburgh so others please chime in if I am missing anything!

Thanks meSz, I may take you up on that. What time works best for you?

I just saw the additional info you posted. I removed the black plastic strip, but the 2 metal brackets on the right side are keeping the inner glass from sliding out. Is there a trick to getting past those brackets or do I need a small right angle screwdriver to try and remove those?
I can post some pics if needed.

If I am recalling correctly there are two screws that you use a 1/4 nut driver to remove and the brackets come out.

Also, again doing it from memory, I recall pushing on the backglass towards the back while sliding it will clear those brackets. Those brackets will stop the glass from sliding but a little push while sliding will clear them, unless your brackets are bent (common).

I don't think mine will clear them without scratching the backglass. It looks like the brackets are adjustable slightly. I may be able to loosen them with a right angle screwdriver just enough to give me some clearance. I'll have to pickup a right angle screwdriver from the store.

Take a pic of your glass/brackets ... I don't recall needing an angle screwdriver.

Remove the below brackets! There are two on each side. Then the wooden fram comes out. If you havent done so already disconnect the wires for the lights. There is a connector just inside the back box. There will be plastic wire clamp with a screw in it as well that you'll need to remove.

I got the outer glass removed and flipped around. Thanks so much for your help!

No problem! Clean your glasses really good as it’s not like you want to do this again anytime soon.
