I had a similar issue with my MGOW. Not exactly blowing fuse on replacement though. Bottom right pop would just stop working (fuse blowing). Top right would pop spiratically and then stop working (fuse blown).

Used this as reference to work on those two boards:

- Reflowed solder on the header pins.
- Replaced C4 with 100uf 10V
- Replaced C3 with 4.7uf 10V (with the new polarity orientation as shown)
((Radial caps work for both locations))
- Then I used a trimmed capacitor leg to replace CR1. I only had to do this on one board, because the other already had the jumper.

All is right with the world (Mars that is.)
