I'm working on a black hole, the solenoid to kick the ball to the main playfield isn't working. When I first started working on the game the solenoid was melted completely. I am now running it on a flippp replacement board and brand new solenoid.
F 17 and fuse holder are testing good and switch 43 works in switch test but the solenoid won't fire.
Any help would be appreciated.
Quoted from CaffeineSlug:Black Hole uses a remote transistor to fire that coil, in addition to the one on the driver board. The remote transistor likely needs to be replaced. It is located under the lower playfield, just follow the wire from the coil.
