I literally changed a few bulbs that light up the lower pf when the ball goes down there and now they don't light up at all! Didn't touch anything else and now am baffled?!?!

Did you use the right lamp? They are #313 lamps. The Steve Charland mod to use 44/47 is in the PInWiki.

Check all your relay stacks, these stacks are sensitive and if one is bent, it is hard to diagnose when PF is lifted up. Keep the 313 lamps, looks better, unless you prefer the look of 44/47's
