Black Hole left flipper sticking

Hi everyone. I am a first time pin owner, just purchased a BH. All the appropriate mods have been done to fix the typical System 80 problems. Everything was great and ran smooth the day I brought it home. Played ~30 games or so and then the left flipper started to stick when it would release. I immediately started to research flippers, rebuilds, common problems, then I lifted the glass to take a peek.

It seems like the flipper pawl is rubbing on the bushing which is causing the return action to stick. If I pull up on the bat slightly, the action is super smooth. What do you all think?

It's possible the crank is just attached too low on the flippers shaft. Loosen the Allen head bolts on the crank and move the shaft down a bit, see if that helps
