I changed out all of my insert bulbs for LEDs this evening. Upon playing a test game, I realized that my flippers are no longer working, nor do the 24v bulbs light in the lower playfield. Fuse F4 is fine, and I even replaced it with a new fuse to be sure. Everything else is working fine, pop bumpers, slingshots, etc. I was thinking maybe this is a plug issue, but I checked all the plugs that I could see in the cabinet, and all are plugged in. Power supply in the cabinet has been rebuilt, and I am using a Rottendog power supply board. Ground mods, as well as pop bumper driver board mods has been done. If I remember correctly, the flippers stopped working for a spell when I was initially repairing the pin. In that case, from what I remember, they started working on their own. Pin has been working fine for the past month or so. Any ideas?

There is a relay (L?) that is engaged when the ball goes down into the lower playfield that enables the lights and flippers. Make sure the switch is being triggered when going down, and that the relay is being enabled. Maybe you bumped something down there and it's stuck? That's where I'd start anyway.

I was thinking the same thing, but it's not just the lower flippers not working, the main ones aren't either.

Read that wrong - didn't realize it was the upper flippers as well.

From Clay's guide: Flippers don't work during game play: flippers and other 24 volt coils are turned on by the "U" relay when a game starts. If this relay was knocked out of alignment, it may not close properly. Try a simple test of the "U" relay; With the game turned on and in attract mode, hold the "U" relay in by hand. The flipper should now work. If the "U" relay is not working properly, there may be a bad U18 transistor (on Haunted House) or U17 or U18 (on Black Hole), or a bad connector at A1-J4.

Also, have you done all the ground mods?

That makes sense! Thanks, I will check that relay. Yes, ground mods are done.

Thanks u2sean! Found the relay, and fixed the problem.

At my haunted house pinball the right basement flipper doesn't work at all.
The other flippers and coils are ok .
I have also changed the coil and the diode.
If anyone knows what to do for it please help me.
