I am working on my Gottlieb Black Hole & Just replaced the Power supply, MPU & Driver board with a Flippp "PI-80 / X4" (PI-80).

The game does start upon hitting start button.

My issue is that none of the controlled lamps (Playfield lamps) turn on at all. They still don't. The attraction lights around the back box do not work either.

None of the fuses look blown & I tested continuity on each fuse box holder.

The original boards in the game now are only pop bumpers, speech/sound, speech/sound power supply & aux lamp board.

I was under the impression that aux lamp board just did the attraction lights around the back box. Would that also control the playfield lamps too?

I'm thinking I just need to do all of the edge connectors?

Other issue if this helps, the kicker from the bottom playfield to the top playfield does not work either. Has a new coil in it & switches for it were cleaned and tested to work.

Quoted from ChrisHibler:

The aux lamp board, or chase lamp board, ONLY drives the lamps around the perimeter of the backbox.
Fuses can "look" good, but still be open.
Remove each one, one at a time, and buzz them with your meter.

Pulled Fuse F5 (for controlled lights) it didn't buzz the multi-meter, but it tested fine for pass through current.

Pulled a few others and they tested the same. They seem fine. Fuse box shows no oxidation issues, and tested each socket with fuses in. Tested fine for pass through current.

Quoted from ChrisHibler:

If a fuse didn’t show continuity end to end with your meter, then it is blown. Replace it.

all the fuses are showing continuity. I must be missing something. I’ll keep tracing the paths. Since every light is out. There has to be a break somewhere. I can’t imagine an edge connector would be 100% dead.
