What would happen if i used 1/2 watt 4.7k? when i went to my local electronic supply house, they don't stock the 1/4w, so i got some 1/2w. But i havent used any yet.

We used to cut plexi and lexan at work, you can get good straight lines if you use a table saw. Glad to see you over here.
