Well we had a problem with the company who was going to produce the playfield. He dragged me along for over 2 years saying he was going to do it. He said he already cut the wood, CNC'd the insert holes, laid in the clear inserts and the playfield was ready, but kept saying he didn't have time to convert the playfield image to black and white. He kept saying it was ready to print! Then kept saying next month, next month, the summer, after the first of the year for 2 + years. My first e mail to them was 11/17/15 and you could print the email thread and it would resemble a short paperback novel. Well this month was the last straw and so I found another guy . We are currently double checking the measurement of the artwork. I have all the clear inserts from Pinball Life, picked them up last week. I should be getting the playfield back this week from the guy doing the artwork and I will begin to sand all the artwork off. We will then glue in the inserts and sands again and then hand it over to a printing co here in Chicago, to direct print right onto the playfield. This game will be completed this year!!!!! Yah I sound like the guy with all broken promises, but it willllllll be done!!!! I can't believe its been 4 years since I started this project. Palm to face.

Jeesus. seeing that immediately makes me cringe, cringe hard.

Since old inserts were colored, the clear inserts must be new. Did you make them or find them somewhere?
Perhaps Mike can get the game featured in the new Twilight Zone series that is in talks!!!!!! Surely I am dreaming , but you never know.

I am in desperate need for this insert. I need a few of them.. Cant find it!!!!! any help would be appreciated.

Almost 0% chance to find new one.
Hint #1: contact pf restorers, like Kruzman. Maybe they have few.
Hint #2: look for Black Rose playfield. It has 7 small clear lightning insert.
Hint #3: cut it with laser.

I never asked but assumed Mike was doing a second and for the favour I can proudly wear around a GAP t-shirt - win-win

He might get into the Australian Championships but not the NZ Championship.
