I replaced all the capacitors, I put in a new 2n2059 transistor. I know it is the power supply as I plugged in a working power supply and the voltages correct on it. I have 13.89vdc at D1 and D5. What I don’t have is continuity between the + leg of the bridge rectifier and D1 and D5 that is there on the working board. I replaced the bridge rectifier as well

    I do not remember where I got the 2n2059. I think Jameco I have some of the NTE equivalents I can try. I will report back
