Quoted from wrd1972:

Okay I have an early Black Knight that appears to have the System 6 power supply in it, and its only producing 3.5V. Obviously it wont boot. I replaced all of the caps on it last year, but I was wondering if it might be the 5V regulator. Its not even warm.
How do I test the 5V regulator on this board? Or are there any other reasons for the low voltage?
Thanks.

Check that both Power supply Logic Fuses are good on the remote fuse holder.
