Ink your upper arms to appear like a large flipper mech with coil, bushing and all. Transition it onto your shoulder, pecs and back, if you will.
Ink your posterior/anterior forearms into large flippers
When you bend your elbow, it'll look like big flipper mechs flipping actual flippers!
*This is a joke, but would make great henna in the meantime.
