There’s a bar I went to in Brussels a few years ago that has a few of these.
I asked the bartender for Euro coins so I could play them and she told me I have to be a Belgian citizen to play the gambling machines.

From what I remember they were very similar to this with this sort of formica cabinets and also the back glass was similar where the symbols were a mix of stuff that looked like bingo and slot machine.
