Might be a European machine. Hence, why there isn't any data on it.
The closest thing that I could find is a machine call Euro Bingo 7. It's much more modern than the one you pictured, but has a few similar features. They both have buttons on the lock bar and picture windows on the backglass.

Thank you for your help.
I was searching around at this site, and found a machine that looks even closer to mine.
http://danny.cdyn.com/oper%20coin%20bingo%207%20II.htm
Mine has an extra button on the left side of the cabbinet.
I think I'll write to the owner of the site, it would be great if he has some additional information, for example the production year(s) and a manual.
have an other pic of the left side buttons? is there 2 keys there?
any inside pics?
any head inside pics?
There’s a bar I went to in Brussels a few years ago that has a few of these.
I asked the bartender for Euro coins so I could play them and she told me I have to be a Belgian citizen to play the gambling machines.
Quoted from Candyhax:It's a funny little story. Do you remember the name of the place?
I don’t.
From what I remember they were very similar to this with this sort of formica cabinets and also the back glass was similar where the symbols were a mix of stuff that looked like bingo and slot machine.

Nice find! I should of searched the site more. The flyer pictured in the link lists Bendeca as the manufacturer and shows their logo. That logo appears on your machine at the bottom corners of the backglass. It was made in Taiwan, so an Asian machine.
I think your machine is an older model than the one shown in the flyer, which would explain the differences.
It was good finally to know the company behind this machine.
A few days ago I tried searching both for the crown and "OC" logo, and Bendecas logo without finding anything.
These machines almost seems to be a forgotten thing, at least here in Europe, I don't know about Asia.

Here are some more pics, please let me know if you want more detailed pics, of some of it.

well, unfortunately I do not have any documentation for your machine.... so, i hope the Hong Kong guy can help you....
although your Bingo is advertised/labelled with the Bendeca logo - i think the most important logo is the "OC" on the light shields..... which stands for Oper Coin.... which is good news, because it is part of a family of Bingos and we know that there are manuals out there for them.....
i think the company Oper Coin are the ones that actually design the games.....now the guys at Marcelo Blanco Pinball have worked on one of these and they might be the best source as to follow-up information: is their a keypad and what does it look like - etc - generally the manuals for the machines from Spain have schematic and programming detail in them.....

if you compare your machine to the others we have "internal" photos for: your machine looks to be modified - immediately inside the coin door - which may be good news for you..... i think your machine has been modified to work without a coin mechanism and without a keypad controller - where games are added to the machine through the switches on the side of the lower cabinet......
when it comes to the electronics - these are the "simplest" - least complex - games made in Spain - and that is also good news, you should be able to get this machine operating.... this format of having (7) "main" circuit cards is a great design to work on, because a lot of the control circuitry is on the individual boards for each of the (6) Bingo Cards and that keeps the CPU less complex - the CPU is that single board mounted directly behind the Slot Machine displays....
thank you for all of the pictures - i hope this helps

Hi Danny
I also think it's very likely that this machine has been modified like you said.
The coin slot is missing, and I'm able to start a game, like is's freeplay.
I need to look more into this, and follow up upon the clues you have provided.
Thanks a lot once again, for all your help.
You are of course very welcome to use all of my photos on your website, if they can do any good.
