Just got back from the desert, and Tim Arnold's PHOF place. Played it exactly once (played years ago too).
It's obvious why PC was never released by Bally in 1993/94.
-Not very hard- (easy, actually).
-Repetitive shots-
-Limited ruleset-
-Several unique toys to break...and if one section breaks the entire game is mostly unplayable.
If people start plopping crazy money down for this...get ready for lots of forum lashings.
It's cool to play...once or twice.
To own - no - not a chance...not for what they will command should the project come to fruition and be completed.
if i understand it correctly what you are able to play at the PHOF is just an empty shell or base of what the final results will be, all the way down to widening the flipper gap for the python head in the middle and deeper rules
