If you do as I suggested in the other thread, move ALL pinballs into the large room (freeplay pins and manufacturers pins for playing) and leave that open all the time, and move the parts vendors into the smaller room at the back, your problems would be solved.
Pretty simple (and logical) solution if you think about it.
