Quoted from Mizzou0103:Mine was one of the last ones off the line though
This is key.
Mine is in the 270s. Some things were fixed very early, others weren't. I spent about 20 hours tweaking it. Once dialed in, the game shoots brilliantly. I love R&M as much as I love Deadpool and Tron at this point! . If there is an update to R&M software, it'll be damn near perfect. I still have an issue with airballs flying off the left ramp and landing in front of the house ... I think I need to readjust that ramp ... I bought an airball deflector made for that ramp from Pinball Life, but it still happens.
That being said, nobody should have to spend that much time tweaking a NIB pin. I get small adjustments, but 20 hours fixing fundamental stuff is ridiculous. Also, I wasn't all that thrilled to have to buy that replacement shooter lane wireform (I needed that ... the original one I had was terrible), Stern flipper switches (the original right hand side one was not all that great), and replacement plastics (clear ones) for the Rickmobile-on-a-spring toy ... that isn't much additional cash (~ $60), but still frustrating seeing that I constantly bitch about Stern's cheap coil stops .
Still, I gotta hand it to Spooky ... their support is off the charts great. I know what it takes to keep a pin up and running ... so long as the manufacturer is there when needed, I can tolerate this kind of stuff ... especially from a smaller company.
Oh, when it comes to TBL or R&M ... I wouldn't know which to pick ... they're too different. I dig them both.
