I was cleaning the coil sleeves and the rods and noticed this was broken. What does this do? The coil fires fine. I bought this pin about 2 years ago so I pulled it out while in our stay at home order. I have it all working with the exception of the pop bumpers not lighting after the B I G rollover switches have been activated. Also the 3 round star rollovers do not light as with all of the other bonus lights when they should, with the exception of the bonus lights in the playfield in the Indian spear. I did replace bulbs to rule that out.

a diode ... it was probably cut as they are not needed on an EM

Quoted from chas10e:

and you'll keep blowing fuses if it's not cut.

Ok, thanks. Now I just need to figure out why the lights are not working on the pop bumpers and other bonus lights.

If the 10 Bonus lights and the Pop bumper lights aren't working, it's probably a break in the common bare wire that connects them to the jones plug and eventually to the transformer.

Found the issue with help from a local Pinsider. It was the scoring motor contacts. Cleaned and gapped and is now working great.
