I just joined the club and am loving the game. I’m having one issue, though. A ball frequently gets stuck between the glove and the ramp and won’t come loose without a tilt.

Can anyone advise how I can adjust the glove to prevent this?

I was able to raise the glove a bit and fix the issue, but I have one other question.

Was the game shipped with rubber on the outlane posts are did they come bare? There is no rubber on mine and the outlanes are pretty unforgiving.
