Game will load balls in a catapult then kick one out into the shooter lane to put in play. Multiple times it will shoot the locked ball back into play with that ball. I replaced all 4 switches for the saucers and catapults plus new diodes on the switches. They all work perfectly in switch test using a ball to test. I see this is an occurring problem for others. Might this be a ROM revision issue? Thanks!

I think I might have found something. In switch test if I roll a ball into the left catapult is senses it. If I ever so gently place a ball down in the catapult it's not sensed. Not like that's possible but I guess anything is. I adjusted the switch blade a bit so I'll play some games to see if it made a difference.
