Just got a big guns in.

Display one and 2 worked for a couple of minutes and when I wanted to enter the menu i noticed 3 and 4 weren't working.
Suddenly also display one dropped out....

I removed and replugged all connectors. Changed direction of flat (ribbon) cable - All fuses are fine - nothing burned or brown connectors

suggestions?

Got a new display in : LED.

Worked fine for a couple of games.
Suddendly the first 2 digits of player one (only one player playing) starts to blink rapidly and the remaining numbers slowly...

At the end of the game all text of the game is displayed 'still'/fix till the high scores appear (again same blinking story on highscore 1, not on the other ones)
When it shows highscores with names for user 1: in display one (Name) and display 3 'the numbers' (both blink) for highscore 2 in display 2 (name) and display 4 (the numbers) all are still/fix...

Any ideas ?

have you tried going into the test modes via the front door? yes you have, mentioned in post 1.....

The first thing to check is the score display voltage on the power supply board. Power supply board connector 3J5 supplies +100 volts, -100 volts, and +5 volts to the master display panel (which ultimately drives the individual score displays).

Power Supply 3J5 pin 1: Logic Ground.
Power Supply 3J5 pin 3: -100 volts DC.
Power Supply 3J5 pin 4: 100 volts DC.
Power Supply 3J5 pin 5: High Voltage ground.
Power Supply 3J5 pin 6: +5 volts DC.
If any of the above voltages are missing, the score displays will not work
