Just posting a few pictures of my refresh of my Big Guns.
All mechanics fixed and working as new, all PCB has new electrolyte capacitors, cabinet is cleaned, underside of wiring harness is cleaned.
Remaining is paint touch up of playfield, leveling inserts and cleaning back box.
Then just put it together and find out what I’ve done wrong.
Great project for me and my soon 4 year old kid. He’s the one who initiated all the work.

Working on putting my Big Guns together and I probably found the reason for why it’s so difficult to shoot into the castle, or middle gun or whatever it is.
I am definitely missing something here, what should be here?

Edit:
I just bent this one out of stainless welding rod.
Probably good enough for what I believe it looks like.

Quoted from SilverUnicorn:That looks good. Looks like the screw is missing for the wireform in the first pic as well, unless you removed it before the photo. Also, on the right side of the green target I think there should be a post. I can take pics of mine when I get home if you want them.
Chris
Thank you.
Both the wire form screw was removed as well as the post.
Both are back in place now.
