Quoted from Dicky:

Just received an early Christmas Present today
New Repro Backglass
Pictures do not do this justice , pictures taken with phone & some above lights have reflections, green also looks a little flat in pictures but it is not[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Where did you get the backglass? It looks great!

I finally joined the club thanks to my buddy jdoz2. This Big Game needs a lot of work, but it is a starting point. The MPU has pretty extensive acid damage I'm not sure if I can repair it or not, the solenoid driver board has a hole blown in it, the light board has some smoked transistors and the rectifier board is probably toast. I almost always replace the rectifier board anyway. The playfield is worn and the coin door has some damage around the coin return hole. The backglass isn't perfect but it isn't terrible either. I started cleaning the playfield, it was dirty because it was missing the glass. It's a project, but I am glad finally get one. It's on the list for restoration but I have several in front of it so it will be a while. Hopefully someone will reproduce a playfield by the time I get to it.

Quoted from woody76:

playfield is not that bad and everything is there. all boards are available, so congrats. it is my favorite stern for sure.

Yes this playfield is not horrible but is worn to the wood in spots. Yes I know I can get all boards so I'm not concerned with that. I will get it going again. It will be a nice addition to my other classic Sterns.

I saw that John is working on Big Game, we will see how long it takes him to get them into production.

Quoted from statictrance:

If anyone is reading this at the big remakers, Big Game is one I would throw down on a replacement playfield in a second on.

I’m a buyer also!

Any progress being made on a reproduction playfield or Hardtop for Big Game? I know it was being discussed from John Greatwich before he filed for bankruptcy. I hope a playfield or Hardtop gets made for this one.

Quoted from FantasticPinball:

Ok. It sounds like the variation might be a factory insert supply issue. There are a few (2-3 maybe?) playfields here that have the red trans on those three positions. Note that the 'Special When Lit' is always Red Opaque and is correct in all mine.
I have 6 playfields that should be ready to ship within a week. Three more going to print on Sunday. After that I am paused waiting for another shipment of inserts. I guess it is time to try out the new web site. It still has a lot of work required both on the front end and back end.
Fantastic Pinball Inc.

How do we order? I’m not in a big hurry but I definitely want one. So glad you are making these.

Quoted from chuckwurt:

The star rollovers look clear and not clogged up

CPR needs to take not of this, as it can obviously be done. The Bobby Orr Power Play I got from them the star rollovers are almost completely filled with clear and there is like 10 of them. I am dreading doing that playfield and will probably not buy another from them.

From the pictures it looks like the oranges are a little too red. I hope that gets adjusted on future prints. Otherwise the playfields look great!

Quoted from roar:

FantasticPinball facebook has been quiet for a while now but Greg is still checking in on Pinside… anymore Big Game playfields on the way @fantasticpinball?

I would like to get one as well. I passed on one early on because I wasn't ready for it at the time. I hope I didn't miss out on one.
