Can't get the belt or harness back on the body. There is no way the legs will fit through the top hole. Is there a trick to this? The old one got soft and wrapped over itself as the motor spun. The new one is very stiff.

What's a BB Barbera?

This is what my dancer looks like after unwinding it and pulling off the wire. It feels like gum. And the tube is all crackly looking

The rubber is actually spongy soft and is very fragile and limp. It's actually disintegrating.
