same thing happened to mine and I'm using the BB Barbera models
If it’s rubber place in hot/almost boiling water for a few seconds to see if it softens and will stretch a little....use caution. Might be able to do the same with the dancer so you can squeeze the legs in just a little so it slips over.... again just use caution and don’t over do it on the heat. Just looking to get a little flex...see what others suggest and see what you are most comfortable with trying.

How is my remakes holding up so far, not had any complaints yet but would be nice to know how they are doing?
Not currently making anymore but can make belts anytime in any color
I would try heating it up with a heat gun and bending it back.
I had good luck with my ringmaster head for CV.
It got really hot from the magnet and warped.
I basically slowly heated it up with a heat gun which makes the rubber softer and then slowly bent it back in place.
After that I put it in the freezer for about and hour then pulled it out and it was good to go.
Been good ever since and that was about a year ago.
