I can't imagine he had every part memorized where it goes in every game.

He knew what it was, he had them made. Before, during, and after we talked about it. All the help I provided him and the different teams building them he told me if I ever needed anything he'd give it to me.
That was the only thing I ever asked for and was told no.
Wish I'd known that a few years earlier.

Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:Can we take all this off-topic posting and post in a Zingy Bingy Thread?
I’m tired of every Big Bang Bar/Kingpin thread getting derailed by Zingy Bingy!!
I just made a new topic so everyone can post about Python’s outrageous porno pinball to their heart’s content. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/capcom-megathread-discussion-stories-prototypes-zingy-bingyI enjoy introducing people to my Flipper Football as: “The Game That Killed Capcom and Big Bang Bar”
It’s not terribly bad on its own, it’s a fun game, if BBB came first, Capcom would probably still be around.
Just bumping this to remind folks any off-topic posting or general and interesting Capcom stories can go here so they’re easier to find and look back on in the future. We’ve gotten far off point from
The BBB speculation
Quoted from GregCon:Show a picture of a broken linkage.
If you're breaking the main plate you're really doing something wrong. It's a way understressed part.
Using aluminum instead of plastic is hardly changing the design. Going to a Williams assembly is a total change. You're not being objective.
I’ve broke a linkage on my BBB, do you even own one?
Quoted from jchristian11:I’ve broke a linkage on my BBB, do you even own one?
He owns other Capcom games and made me new linkages for my and another friend's Pinball Magic.
Quoted from jake35:nope. just more baseless rumors like always.
That’s too bad. Maybe at Expo.

Or never. Look at the Tron VE rumors…been going on for nearly ten years.

Added to it this morning.
If you don't ask, you don't get.

FYI. I started this thread 8 months ago along with the Knapp Arcade article.

And still there’s been “rumors” of a BBB remake for the last 10 years.
Quoted from kklank:And still there’s been “rumors” of a BBB remake for the last 10 years.
And probably will for another ten years.
I'd love for BBB to be remade with completed/expanded code and an update light show and what not. Would be great to be able to buy one and have modern parts available for it.
Of course, the run would need to be very small to keep the BBB mystic intact...and that is the real problem - the cost to develop this game to then only run a couple hundred copies makes the deal seem unlikely even at 15k per machine, and if they run 1,000 copies then they won't be able to get 15k per machine for them.
