I have these files for to exchange with other artwork collectors, like me.
I can exchange raw scanned files or my restorations, it depends.
Reproductions of these files are not easy because of this fluorescent green color, it is reactive with black light in the darkness.

I am going to show how the original aprons are, so that you understand the difficulty of reproducing this piece.
Original "Big Bang Bar Pinball Apron" (CAPCOM).

Reactive fluorescent green color under black light bulb of my property.

That green color has 2 difficulties:
1) It is an impossible green in digital reproduction (CMYK) with the use of plotters.
2) It is a reactive fluorescent green, that is, it emits light in the dark with black light.
Conclusion, it cannot be done in a normal printing press.
*I can tell you that I have successfully reproduced this result using an ingenious solution without spending a lot of money, but this is not easy.
There are 2 options:
1) You do it in silkscreen mode, which is very, very expensive.
2) You are confident enough for your regular printer to follow you on a crazy printing adventure, but it won't be cheap as regular printing.

He is making all his stuff for his ego and to earn money. So you have to enter his forums and over PM you will get a quote.
This is the way for all his stuff.
But I appreciate that he makes at least very good decals and stickers. Expect the Capcom PM apron which is a normal UV print , plotted out and glued over a chrome foil. For sure, better than nothing but totally overprized for a copy.
EDIT: In the german forums he lost his write alowens due to ripping of a guy. But this just byside.

Some art reproductions are very difficult to do, but I am quite decisive and find effective solutions. Therefore, the challenge is not only in the restoration, which can be more or less difficult (it can also be more or less difficult to achieve, even for a massive collector like me), but also in how I am going to print it sacrificing the fewest number details that could be seen in the original.
I restore for the sake of restoring, for my own amusement, but sometimes for the challenge. The same thing happens when someone asks me for help to make a printout of something that has some complexity, like you TomDK. There is also a challenge there.
Everything can be done if you are willing to pay the price so that the person who has the knowledge and the resources does it on your behalf and runs the economic risks of making it look bad.
I do not work in a printing press and I do not have any special treatment in this regard so that things come out cheaper.
In your case, we are talking about "Pinball Magic Middle Apron" (CAPCOM), which presents a certain complexity. My ingenuity to provide a visually very similar result is beyond doubt and I made a tutorial so that anyone can follow my steps if they want to restore this piece themselves.
The result was great!

NOTE:Years after making these reproductions, I was able to apply a better solution so as not to have to manufacture the printing materials at home, with the risks of error that exist. Let's see it in this example:
