Anyone have a good way to get a hold of someone at Bgresto? I've emailed but no response. Thanks.
Communication with him is hit or miss and requires extreme patience. I bought a back glass from him years ago and got it but it took much longer than I had expected. There have been a number of threads on this:

His communication through texting is fantastic!
Every time I texted him regarding a question, he responded quickly (definitely within 24 hours). If you search Bgresto in these forums, you will find where he posted up his texting number.
In april he replied within a few hours to my mail. His blog hasn't been updated with may 2021. May be he is really busy this month.
I talked to him a few days ago. He's just been swamped with orders but is pretty much on schedule with glasses.
I forgot to ask him... does anyone have know if he attends Chicago pinball expo?
Fortunately for us he's always busy. I hadn't heard from him in a few months, I reached out though email and the day I emailed him was the day he was packing my glass! Couldn't convert a game without him!
I bought a glass second week in April and was told the typical 6-10 week wait time. I reached out by email in early June right about the 10 week mark, and he told me it was going to be ready next week and would text me the tracking. Awesome!!! So I wait.
I waited until mid July and sent an email asking what was up he sent another email back saying it was packed and would ship in the next few days. Sweet!!!
I reached out the first week of august again wondering when it would ship, told me next week.
2 weeks after that it shows up, no tracking text. Surprise $335 piece of glass just hanging out on the front porch all day.
I understand being busy but let’s be real 6-10 weeks? Why not just say “if you pester me it’ll be 4-6 months, otherwise it’ll be 6-8 months, actually let’s just say 4-12 months”

Communication is awful. Product is awesome.
