    Quoted from usesbrain:

I ordered 106 days ago and no communication at all. Zero. Read the thread and waited patiently but come on, 106 days.
I’d wait another 106 days if needed but can Steve take a few seconds to reply?
Perhaps he’s longer in business? Anybody know?
I want the best and apparently his is the best but…
    Richard

I can verify that he's "in business".

I sent payment for a backglass on March 18th and I received the backglass on July 19th, so about 4 months, this was for a backglass he already had in his system. I've ordered from him before, he usually doesn't respond to people asking when their b/g is coming. But all in all, it's always worth the wait.

You'll get your glass Richard but, as it's been stated numerous times before, if you're in a hurry then Steve is not the one to go to.

Been years since I sent a glass to him. Took 9 months, I believe it was, for him to get it done. Come to find out that the glass was received shattered. Steve took all the broken pieces, puzzled it back together, scanned it and made the repo from it. If you want, checkout https://bgresto.com/?p=1572 and you can see the before and after pictures. The before was missing artwork on top of it being shattered. Pretty remarkable work.

I know people have posted his cell number in this thread, look for it and call him. He's more prone to answer his phone then email.

Lastly and again, this is a side gig for Steve. His real job has him traveling.

Just received my first BGresto backglass 6 months to the day I ordered it and i'm thrilled with the results. There were a couple of emails from Steve over this time but I went in knowing it will get here when it gets here. Both the image and colors are very faithful to the original 1955 Three Deuces backglass and I couldn't be happier. The pin actually came with a very badly flaking original and a brand new Coos backglass. But the Coos colors and image were significantly different from my original. After the months of work I put into restoring the game I wanted the backglass to look better. I asked Coos about the glass and he admitted that it was an old file from a friend from many years ago and he did not create the glass from an original. I know he has done other games with better results and happy customers. Steve of BGresto understood the challenge and actually sent a color proof at some point during the process for approval. I would not hesitate to use BGresto again.
