All the sites on the list in the first post are scams.
buypinballmachine.com is on the list.

They look legit but there are many Pinsiders in the Dallas area that may be able to provide further input. Xerico way2wyrd pinballrebel and others.
Owner appears to have another site (although the eBay store referenced there is now closed).

Click the three dots next to the scammer's result, then click Feedback.
The feedback area opens on the right.

My feedback was something like, "This site is fraudulent. They do not have and cannot obtain the pinball machines they claim to sell. Here is a link to a list of fraudulent pinball machine sales sites: (link to this thread included)
