    Quoted from CrazyLevi:

You know what’s even better than a forthcoming email explaining how he’s going to refund the money he’s stolen?
A refund for the money he’s stolen.
I have confidence the email is forthcoming, so there’s that.

Of course he can't. It seems clear he's running a ponzi scheme. He uses some of the money he's stolen to buy pins which he then sells at large discounts to set the hook on the scam of getting big money out of the same buyers.

    Quoted from Captainhook:

I have no skin in this game however this is what I found. This guy seems to have quite a few different businesses going on.

I checked irs publication 78 and couldn't find the bear hugs children foundation so hopefully it isn't paying itself as a charity

    Quoted from Coindork:

There is no scenario where this works on a reimport type situation and currency fluctuations.
Pinball machines cost more overseas than they do here.
Even currency fluctuations won't outperform the disparity in price between foreign and domestic sales (ask any of our foreign members about that).
If there is a scenario where the machines are bought at a discount, it is strictly domestic and has nothing to do with reimportation.
We're not talking about buying $5 Zpacks at a Mexican pharmacy.

I think everyone is over thinking how he sells games so cheaply. Hes probably buying them at fmv and losing money on them. It's worth losing 2-3k on a pin if the return is the buyer then gives you 15k which you pocket.

    Quoted from fishmanrob:

And yes. He should have a felony against him for stealing customers money. You go to jail for this last time I read state laws.

If cash was wired across state lines wouldn't it be a federal offense too?
