You "can" cancel auctions but not legally. You are breaking ebay rules for that.
Also you can cancel auctions without the buyers consent, but not after the auction is over!!
Again that would mean everyone would put up no reserve auctions and when it didnt meet their price they would just cancel the auction. Ebay has rules against this for this reason.

I seldom check the forums here but decided to see if you people were talking about me and was surprised to see John's recount of the Fish Tales service I did as it was some time ago (2003!). As I recall the CPU board had some serious hacked repairs. These days I carry a set of spare boards but back then I did not and knew it was nothing I could hope to fix on the spot. I'm sorry to hear that it ended so badly. I'd be totally pissed too if the guy ripped off all of the replacement boards I'd sent in good faith!
